Conclusion This 10-year update confirms the previous findings of the HYPO-RT-PC trial: UHF is non-inferior to CF in terms of tumour control and has comparable late toxicity. Furthermore, the results suggest that the UHF schedule may offer greater efficiency than CF in the long term. These findings support UHF as a standard-of-care option for intermediate-risk prostate cancer.
