Conclusion: Online adaptive radiotherapy in postoperative breast RT is feasible, with acceptable treatment times, clinical dose compliance and predominantly mild acute toxicity. Future implementation will focus on the expansion of RTT-only to locoregional RT, and identification of patients who could benefit most from oART.
