Conclusion: BOC can be used as crude measure to filter patients for HTs, however requires delineation of the breast target to confirm appropriate field placement. This analysis demonstrates that all patients in the 'no axillary radiotherapy' arm were protocol compliant for superior tangent border placement. Patients who have breast tissue which lies superior to BOC will have a greater proportion of L2 irradiated unintentionally.
