Conclusion: BNCT improves post-recurrence survival in patients with recurrent glioblastoma, whereas no significant survival benefit was observed for recurrent grade 4 IDH mutated gliomas.

However, the impact of dose-rate on clinical outcomes is not well characterized. This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to evaluate the effect of GKRS dose-rate on managing intracranial targets. Material/Methods: We searched MEDLINE, Embase, PsycInfo, and Web of Science from inception to May 2024, for studies that report on the impact of GKRS dose-rate on patient outcomes for any intracranial target.
