Conclusion: We identified a representative pattern for RICE occurrence: RICE was more likely to occur for eccentrically located tumors along the CTV borders within LET d elevated areas, close to ventricles, and in the regions receiving approximately prescribed doses, termed eccentrical BLVD. This finding can be used for RICE awareness and providing direction for treatment planning.
