Conclusion: ROs in Turkey tend to perform SRS rather than FSRT to patients with small BMs, BMs far away from OARs, and which was not received WBRT before. There is no consensus regarding the number of BMs that should be treated with SRS/FSRT. The number of BMs remained significant factor affecting the decision of SRS in junior ROs only.
