Conclusion: In patients receiving single fraction SRS to SBM, the locoregional at-risk normal brain V 15 Gy was the best dosimetric predictor of symptomatic RN. During plan optimization, a V 15Gy < 5 cc and a V 18Gy < 4 cc were associated with a symptomatic RN risk of 5% in the modern era.
