OEF maps demonstrated an AUC of 0.63 with a specificity and sensitivity of 0.722 and 0.462. Both the CTH and OEF biomarkers individually outperformed conventional rCBV maps in identifying active disease within FLAIR hyperintensity (Figure 2).

The analysis involved a voxel-based comparison of recurrence volume in the pre-RT imaging.

Conclusion: CTH and OEF maps show strong predictive capabilities for recurrence, capturing vascular characteristics and oxygenation levels not detected by standard MRI. Their integration into clinical workflows could enhance RT targeting, also in distinguishing active disease within FLAIR hyperintensity and provide essential information with minimal additional time, supporting personalized treatment strategies.
