Conclusion: Postoperative OART is feasible for patients with endometrial cancer, with a minor increase in workflow duration compared with the IGRT workflow. In addition, a significant dosimetric added value of OART compared with IGRT has been found, using IGRT margins. These dosimetric benefits might be further improved using smaller OART margins.
