Results: Included were 31 women. The prevalence of sarcopenia based on CT scan was 23% at baseline, 32% at the end of radiotherapy, and 42% at 3 months follow-up. At 6 months follow-up 29% of the women were sarcopenic. The observed change in muscle area on CT was not correlated with the change in muscle mass assessed by BIA or with the change in body weight.
