Conclusion: In our experience, using higher median doses than in the MITO retrospective trials, we observed high rate of local complete response and persistent long term LRFS. Patients with complete response after SBRT had a statistically significant higher rate of DFS, than those with partial/ stable response or progressive disease, thus demonstrating that local control in oligometastatic patients from gynecological cancers is a relevant objective. Prospective studies are needed to confirm these results.

Keywords: SBRT, oligometastasis
