Conclusion: Definitive radiotherapy is an effective treatment for vulvovaginal squamous cell carcinoma, often administered with concurrent chemotherapy. The treatment demonstrates a high complete response rate and effective disease control. Although grade 3 acute toxicities are observed, the treatment is generally well tolerated, with no late grade 3 toxicities detected.
