Conclusion: Our study investigated the potential prognostic value of body composition metrics in gynecological cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy. This preliminary analysis concluded that body composition metrics may offer more value in predicting survival than BMI, but further work is needed to identify clinical variables that may be masking the body composition effects. Future work will involve incorporating advanced non-linear models to better capture complex interactions.
