Conclusion: Re-PT demonstrated promising local control and survival rates. Non-conventional fractionation including SBPT regimens especially in small tumor volume may offer improved outcomes, though larger studies are warranted. However, significant toxicities highlight the importance of careful patient selection and long-term monitoring.
