This study aims to develop a classification algorithm using radiomic features from pre-reRT 18F-FDG PET images to predict second recurrence location. Material/Methods: Patients undergoing reRT for recurrent HNC were included from two institutions: Institut Curie, Paris (training/validation cohort) and MGH, Boston (test cohort), with treatments conducted between 2012 and 2022.
