Digital Poster Evaluating Quad Shot Radiotherapy for Locally Advanced Head and Neck Cancer: A Multicenter Analysis of Factors Influencing Survival Jordan P Stanton 1 , Naomi Cole 2 , Naomi Hopkins 1 , Petra Jankowska 3 1 Radiotherapy, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, Taunton, United Kingdom. 2 Oncology, Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, Torbay, United Kingdom. 3 Oncology, Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, Taunton, United Kingdom Purpose/Objective: The primary objective of this study was to assess the efficacy and survival outcomes associated with quad shot (QS) radiotherapy in patients with locally advanced head and neck cancer 1 . This hypo-fractionated regimen, typically used for patients with poorer prognosis or those unable to tolerate conventional radiotherapy, was evaluated across multiple centres. The study aimed to identify the factors that influence patient survival in this group, including tumour stage, PTV volume (cc) and patient comorbidities 3 . Material/Methods: This retrospective study analysed patient data from multiple healthcare centres, receiving quad shot radiotherapy between February 2021 to April 2024. Eligible patients included those with inoperable, advanced-stage head and neck cancers who were not candidates for radical conventional radiotherapy due to performance status or comorbidities. Data collected included patient demographics, tumour stage, performance status, Charlson comorbidity index (CCI), PTV volume (cc), number of QS treatments delivered, whether the PTV included primary tumour only, nodal volume only or both, and acute toxicities using CTCAE v4 2 .

Results:
