Conclusion: Both CFRT and SBRT are safe and effective treatment options in the postoperative management of head and neck sarcomas, showing similar survival and toxicity profiles. While SBRT offers advantages in terms of shorter treatment duration and higher fraction dose, improving patient compliance and offering potential radiobiological benefits, prospective randomized trials are needed to determine the optimal RT technique.
