Conclusion: Our retrospective study offers valuable insights into survival outcomes and prognostic factors for oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) patients treated with surgery, intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), and chemotherapy. The findings highlight the critical roles of nodal status, tumor characteristics, and treatment modalities in determining patient prognosis. Despite the study's limitations, these results contribute to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing survival and recurrence in oral tongue SCC, supporting future research and informing clinical management strategies.
