The psychological, anatomical and surveillance issues for younger patients receiving radiotherapy will be discussed; examples of compliance, the risk of structural tissue damage after RT and the optimal balance of surveillance activities and follow up visits will be included. The second presentation will focus on the newest knowledge inside the causes of late effects and improved radiotherapy techniques helping to reduce incidence and severity.
