Course aim To provide an up-date of the current challenges related to the diagnosis and management of High Risk prostate cancer patients with specific emphasis on the role of EBRT and brachytherapy, whether or not within a multimodality approach. Learning objectives The most important learning objective will be to recognise the need of a fully multidisciplinary approach in the diagnosis and treatment of patients diagnosed with High Risk Prostate cancer. In details, after participating to this course attendees will be able: • to summarise the current evidences related to the recent definition and diagnosis of High Risk disease • to discuss the modern treatment options • to explain the rapidly changing paradigm in the association between drugs and irradiation • to identify the most frequent toxicity related to the different management options • to discuss the current and future treatment approaches.

Target audience Radiation oncologists, surgeons with a special interest in urology, medical oncologists, RT physicists, RTTs and RT nurses.
