This session will address background of current risk stratified approach for adjuvant therapy in endometrial cancer, update on the role of molecular prognostic factors in endometrial cancer and finally the question can we use molecular prognostic factors in risk stratification for adjuvant therapy? The second speaker will tell us about threshold in high-risk locally advanced cervical cancer with dose escalation strategy, with very high local control rates but still frequent metastatic events.
