• Electrical cavernous nerve stimulation increases pudendal blood flow and provides rapid increases in intracavernosal pressure (ICP) • Intracavernosal injection of a nitric oxide donor, sodium nitroprusside, produces slow increases in ICP but has no effect on pudendal flow
