Marie-Catherine Vozenin MobilityGrantChair

EVALUATIONMETHODOLOGY Applications are submitted twice per year and evaluated by a panel of four-five members of the Education Council including at least one clinician, physicist, radiation therapist (RTT) and biologist. All applications are scored according to: • Suitability and likely benefit to the applicants and their home institute. • Clarity and feasibility of the aims of the visit and methodology described. These ranking scores are used to assign priority for funding within the available budget. Applications judged to have potential merit but lacking in focus or methodological details are returned with advice on how to modify and resubmit the application.
