Aim: investigate risk of complications following breast reconstruction in early breast cancer patients operated with mastectomy for high risk breast cancer with indication for post-mastectomy radiation therapy (PMRT) Hypothesis: the risk of complications is not increased by performing delayed-immediate reconstruction compared with delayed reconstruction in relation to the timing of PMRT
