Systematic review on oncoplastic surgery in BCT

• Discrimination between : • Volume Displacement (VD): mobilizing local glandular flaps • Volume Replacement (VR): uses autologous tissue from a remote site • N = 4170 patients in 41 studies • 37 studies included VD: • 17 of these had PROMs on cosmetics: 70-100% good- excellent • 11 studies included VR: • 6 of these had PROMs on cosmetics: 82-92% good-excellent
