• 52 years; 62 kg/168 cm, with a screen detected lesion, upper-inner quadrant of right breast • Pathology: IDC

- Surgical report of lump with SN:

- Tumour marked with iodine seed, incision just outside areola from 10h30 – 01h30; - Mobilising of skin in all directions; - Marking of lumpectomy cavity with clips; - Mobilising glandular tissue above pectoral fascia; closure of cavity and skin
