Statistical Methods

Sample Size for Phase III – Enrolling 4 patients per month, we expect to have to enroll 440 patients (requiring 85 months) – Sample size will be inflated to include 15% potential drop –outs due to insurance (final sample size is 518) – Interim analysis will be conducted once 72 out of the expected 144 PFS events have been observed.
