• 50 GyE in 25 fractions (close to GI) • 70.2/ 67.5 GyE in 26/25 fract of 2.7 • 3D passively scattered protons. • 4 fields , 2 fields per day • PTV customized with 3DCT • Gemcitabine (800 mg/m2 iv) for

• Toxicity: • 1 patient discontinued RT for GI tox (gastric bleeding) • 3 patient had G3 late ulcers • 1 patient died of duodenal ulcer and bleeding
