Pre-operative: G3 GI 9%, G3 Heme 14%, G4 Heme 13% • Late toxicity: 21 ≥ G3 events, 13 RT-related 75% had sphincter-preserving surgeries 4% R1 resections 25% ypCR Conclusion: Well-tolerated with good treatment response, but need longer follow-up to assess disease outcomes
