Dose constraints

• Current dose constraints based on non- adaptive plans (ie 45-50 Gy to 0.5cc dose to GI structures in hypofractionated regimen; 33-36 Gy to 0.5cc dose to proximal GI structures in SBRT regimen) • These are not cumulative doses because we don’t have technology to measure this • We don’t know what the real tolerance is!
