Meaningful dose constraints

Current dose constraints based on non-adaptive plans (ie 45 Gy maximum dose to GI structures in hypofractionated regimen; 33 Gy to proximal GI structures in SBRT regimen) These are not necessarily applicable to a ‘plan of the day’ regimen There are residual errors in the ‘plan of the day’ regimen We will need to increase these tolerances to make a ‘real’ dose constraint
