ESTRO course on Image Guided Radiotherapy in Clinical Practice 2018

Thoughts

 If IGRT is not proven better (with Level 1 data, as with IMRT) should we be using it?  Quality assurance?  If you can have better vision with glasses do you need to prove that you are a better driver?
