Conclusion:

This study demonstrates that higher mean PTV-BED 10 (>115.2Gy) is associated with improved LPFS and OS in liver SABR for oligometastatic disease. Despite the need for dose compromise to PTV coverage in most patients to meet OAR constraints, this study demonstrates SABR for liver OMD was effective, with favourable toxicity profiles.
