Conclusion:
Both RO and VB are capable of improving the robustness of target coverage in breast VMAT plans against anatomical and geometrical uncertainties. However, RO outperformed VB by effectively sparing the OARs in the nominal scenario. RO is expected to be an effective way to address anatomical and geometrical uncertainty in breast VMAT.
