vaginal wall within the initial tumor extension ( GTV init )

Imaging: includes the GTV res and any abnormal thickened or deformed vaginal wall within the initial tumor extension ( GTV init )

In case of tumors infiltrating the paravaginal or parametrial space at diagnosis, so called „grey zones“are included in the CTV HR
