• CRT, pelvis + PAO (upper border renal vessels), IMRT, image guided BT – 40 patients positive pelvic nodes, elective PAO RT, elective dose 45 Gy – 21 patients positive pelvic and PAO nodes, PAO sib boosts up to 55 Gy (54-59.4)
