 Assessment of BT contribution (~0-6Gy)  CTV according to residual GTV (taking shrinkage into account)  Examples of dose and fractionation:

 Aim for total EBRT+BT dose of 55-60Gy

 E.g. 50Gy whole pelvis + 5Gy  E.g. 45Gy whole pelvis + 10Gy
