Pelvic Lymphoma

• Bladder : DLBCL or MZL. FL reported • Prostate: MZL, FL • Uterus / ovaries: DLBCL. High risk of CNS disease

Considerations: • Bladder: FDG excretion is urine (PET for staging nodes / others sites) • Planning : bladder full v empty. Rectal volume. IV contrast • CTV : whole organ • Fertility issues
