Splenomegaly • Seen in CML, CLL, myelofibrosis, other myeloproliferative disorders, hairy cell leukemia, splenic marginal lymphoma • Caused by: – Leukemic infiltration – Extramedullary hematopoiesis – Important (but sometimes difficult) to tell the difference
