Dose response relationship for cardiovascular event and mean heart radiation dose (from EORTC randomized trials in HL)

Suggested constraints:

≤ 4 Gy: should be obtained in all but the most challenging cases

5-15 Gy: acceptable

> 15 Gy: consider omission or modification of plan
