► Enhancer of Zeste 2 (EZH2) is the enzyme component of the Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2) that methylates histone H3 on lysine 27 (H3K27) ► Somatic activating mutations in EZH2 have been identified in follicular and GCB-DLBCL [Morin, 2010; Morin, 2011; Pasqualucci, 2011];

► The frequency of the most prevalent mutation, Y641, 22% in DLBCL.

► Inhibitors in early phase investigation
