PCNSL - Neurotoxicity • Risk Factors – Age > 60, MTX followed by full-dose whole brain RT • Clinical Features – Imaging changes evident in most patients by 6 months after radiation – Clinical changes began at a median of 1 month in one study – Four domains most sensitive to disease and treatment • Attention • Executive Functions • Memory • Psychomotor Speed – Occurs in many patients > 60 treated with MTX-WBRT (full dose)
