Conclusion Our initial data suggests that hypofractionated adjuvant radiotherapy is safe for patients of resected oral cancers with adequate supportive cover. It helps achieve the recommended treatment package time and may be useful in resource- constrained oncology units in developing countries. Efficacy and quality of life data will be determined on long-term follow up.

Purpose or Objective Multidisciplinary decision-making in head and neck cancer care is complex. To support prognostication and decision-making in a head and neck cancer multidisciplinary team, a prognostic model for overall survival (OncologIQ) has been developed (figure). It provides individual estimates of the 1- to 10-year survival chances based on tumor- and patient-specific factors, such as TNM stage, age, comorbidity, performance status, and socioeconomic status. In this study, we explored user value of OncologIQ and its impact on the decision-making process in an HCC multidisciplinary team.
