- Deep inspiration breath hold (DIBH) in patients with tangent RT - Zellars et al.: DIBH, Maximum heart dose not controlled -> still defects in SPECT - Zagar et al.: DIBH, Maximum heart dose <25Gy -> no defects in SPECT

Mean Heart dose is potentially not the best parameter!!!! Watch upcoming literature!
