Rectal bleeding

• Grade 2: moderate diarrhea or colic, bowel movement, excessive rectal mucus, intermittent bleeding • Grade 3: obstruction, bleeding requiring surgery

• risk factors for late rectal toxicity: hormonal therapy, diabetes, severe acute toxicity, advanced age, prior abdominal surgery
