Final Remarks

- HL is a curable disease with different options in terms of initial therapy - Therapy should be individualized on the basis of patients’s age and presentation - Ideally, all patients should be seen together with hemato- oncologist with the aim to discuss the best strategy - Highly conformal techniques are feasible and might offer a theoretical benefit over classical 3D approaches - Future studies are needed to fully understand the changes in toxicity expected from modern radiotherapy
