QA should look at the whole treatment process. (I’d keep a workflow check for every patient even in the long term) Dose measurements are essential (and inevitable) in the early implementation phase. When to stop? Err on a slightly conservative side. Any significant change in your treatment workflow (e.g. new TPS) will bring you back to square one. What are you going to measure (e.g. the gamma passing rate) is only a surrogate of what you’d really like to know.
