dose calculations in low density tissue algorithms do/did not take in account electron transport – local dose in lung tissue overestimated by 10 – 20%., EPL overestimates dose at the lung border: TD50= 29.1 Gy, not 34 Gy; 3D convolution methods work better; (Monte-Carlo better still)
