• 394 consecutive patients from 7 centres – 5 centers enrolled selected patients • Two risk groups on univariate analysis – Low risk • 1B, 2A, 2B, 3A and N0 • 1BN+ – High risk

• 2A-2B and N+ • Any 3B or 4A
