Guidelines – closed cavity surgery

1. Tumor bed („GTV“) = seroma target volume („STV“). If surgical clips are present, they should be included.

2. CTV = STV + 5 mm in all directions (Resection margins >15 mm). For resection margins < 15 mm, adding of „missing“ distance strongly recommended – i.e.: CTV= STV + + „X“ (1-15 mm) in all directions.
